SAN FRANCISCO, CA, June 1, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --Tadalafil (branded as Cialis) and Viagra (branded as Sildenafil) are the most prescribed medications in the U. S., with generic versions sold in Canada. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in December 2018 approved the first generic version of tadalafil (Cialis) to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men who have not responded to the branded version. Tadalafil is the first oral medication that is approved for this use.
Sildenafil is the name for a drug that is also a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. Sildenafil was approved by the FDA in March 2017 to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), and it is also being studied as a treatment option for ED.
Dosage is based on body weight. It may be taken with or without food.
Tadalafil (Cialis) is the only pill approved to treat ED. Tadalafil is available in 2.5mg and 5mg strengths. It can be taken up to 36 hours before sexual activity and can be taken daily. It should be taken 30 minutes before sexual activity and can be taken up to 24 hours before sexual activity. Tadalafil should not be taken more than once a day. In clinical trials, the average dose of tadalafil for the best results was 5 mg, taken twice daily (prior to the onset of sexual activity) at approximately the same time of day. Tadalafil should not be taken more than once daily. Patients who cannot tolerate the medication must take the medication with food and water to avoid dizziness. Patients should also not take nitrates, such as nitroglycerin, and alpha-blockers. Before starting treatment, patients should discuss the benefits and risks of tadalafil with their healthcare provider. Tadalafil is not approved for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) or erectile dysfunction.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is defined as the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity. This condition may be permanent in some men. It is treatable with medication and may improve sexual function. Treatment with tadalafil can also improve erectile function by improving blood flow to the penis.

I take Viagra (sildenafil citrate) in every dose, even when my penis is not as sensitive to stimulation as it is on most other ED pills. I have a weak penis that gets stronger and harder during sexual intercourse. I try not to have erections when I'm sexually aroused, as I find Viagra works best for me when I'm sexually aroused. If my penis is too small or not enough, I may not have enough erections. I do not take Viagra. I do not have any other ED medications that are used to treat my impotence or ED problems. I do not take any other ED drugs, as I have never taken any of the following. If my penis is not too sensitive or too small, I may have a problem with penetration or not be able to get an erection. I do not take any other drugs that can make me harder, as I find Viagra works best for me when I'm sexually aroused. I do not take any ED medications. If my penis is not too sensitive or not enough, I may have a problem with penetration or not be able to get an erection. I do not take any other ED medications. If you have any of the following, tell your doctor right away. You can also tell your doctor about any other medicines, especially of medicines that you take, including any that you buy without a prescription. I have heard that men do not like the way the women in their relationship think or feel, as some of their men do not like the way their relationship is feeling. Some men say that they have erectile problems, while others say they are not. I have heard that a lot of the time when a man is sexually aroused and has not had an erection for a long time, he is able to get or keep an erection.

In the US alone, about 70% of men have ED, with an estimated alone that around 50% of men have ED. ED can lead to serious problems if it causes no relief and/or can even increase the risk of developing it. ED can be caused by various factors, including diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, hormonal problems, smoking, depression, stress, anxiety, and many others. If your erection is not as strong as it should be, you may not have ED. If your erection lasts longer than 4 hours or if it becomes painful or lasts more than 3 days, you should consult a doctor. Your doctor may prescribe several different medications to treat ED. Some of them are nitrates (often used to treat chest pain), such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, and isosorbide dinitrate. Other medications such as riociguat, itraconazole, and dapoxetine are used to treat ED. If you are taking any of these other medications, you should see a doctor right away. Your doctor will probably tell you to stop taking Viagra and see your doctor right away. The most common reasons for stopping Viagra are nausea, dizziness, and shortness of breath.
Viagra is not the only medication that can help treat erectile dysfunction. Other medications that may be helpful are (nitrates), such as isosorbide dinitrate and isradiol, and alpha blockers such as alfuzosin, doxazosin, prazosin, and pemoline.
